Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cucumber diced, large
  • ½ zucchini diced
  • 3 red bell peppers diced, baby size
  • grape tomatoes diced, handful
  • kalamata olive sliced, handful
  • feta cheese to taste
  • dill to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus into the bottom of the serving dish evenly.
  2. Next, spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the hummus.
  3. Sprinkle the cucumber, zucchini, red bell pepper, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese over the top.
  4. Drizzle the top with some olive oil, to taste.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the top with a bit of dill.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or pita chips. Enjoy!
