Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces corn tortilla chips good quality nachos
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, cubed quite finely
  • 1/2 cucumber cubed finely, a whole
  • onion chopped finely, a few slices
  • kalamata olives quartered, about 10
  • 1/2 green bell pepper sliced and cubed finely, a
  • 1.75 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • Greek yogurt a few tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Spread the nachos out on a platter, then sprinkle the veggie toppings and feta cheese all over the them.
  2. Drizzle the yoghurt evenly over the top.
  3. Serve immediately (small plates and forks might be necessary!).
