Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly-ground
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk or shake the mixture vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is slightly emulsified.
