Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce and Greek Tomato Salad
Description
The Greek Turkey Burgers combine ground turkey with fresh baby spinach, minced red onion, crumbled feta, dill, oregano, kosher salt, and garlic for a blend that remains tender and flavorful without being dry. Formed into patties and grilled, the burgers develop a slight char and juicy interior.
The accompanying Greek tomato salad mixes quartered cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, parsley, red wine vinegar, and olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, offering a fresh and tangy contrast to the savory burgers. Pita bread serves as a convenient and traditional base, allowing the burger, salad, and tzatziki sauce to meld in each bite.
Served together, this combination highlights classic Greek flavors with a balance of creamy feta, herby greens, bright tomatoes, and the refreshing coolness of tzatziki. It’s suitable for a satisfying lunch or casual dinner that brings Mediterranean elements into a home-cooked meal.
