Green Smoothie Bowl
Description
The Green Smoothie Bowl is made by blending frozen mango and banana chunks with halves of avocado and fresh or frozen baby spinach. Coconut water provides a light liquid base that keeps the smoothie creamy yet drinkable. Chia seeds add subtle texture and nutritional benefits to the blend.
After blending until smooth, the thick smoothie base is poured into a bowl and decorated with toppings such as fresh kiwi or banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, granola, and extra chia seeds. These toppings introduce crunch and varied flavors, enhancing the eating experience.
The resulting bowl is refreshing and nutrient-dense, suitable for a light breakfast or snack. It should be enjoyed immediately to maintain the best texture and freshness. This recipe does not include additional notes.
