Grilled Green Beans with Lemon and Feta

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F or medium high. Place a grilling basket or a cast iron skillet on the grates white the grill is heating.
  2. Wash and dry the green beans, then trim them.
  3. Add them to a bowl and toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the green beans to the grilling basket. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping or stirring them every couple of minutes.
  5. Once cooked through and charred to your liking, move to serving dish, add lemon juice and feta, and serve.
