Guacamole Stuffed Tomatoes

Guacamole Stuffed Tomatoes feature ripe avocados combined with onion, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and lime, piped into hollowed cherry tomato halves. These bite-sized snacks offer creamy, fresh guacamole filling paired with the bright acidity and snap of juicy tomatoes. The recipe highlights simple fresh ingredients and an elegant presentation that works well for appetizers or light bites.

Description

Guacamole Stuffed Tomatoes bring together a creamy mix of ripe avocados, finely diced onions, fresh cilantro, jalapeño for a mild heat, minced garlic, and lime juice with salt to taste. The cherry tomatoes are sliced and seeded to create small edible cups. The filling is stirred to combine flavors before being piped or spooned into each tomato half, providing a balance between the smooth, rich guacamole and the subtly tart, firm tomatoes.

The mix of ingredients emphasizes fresh and bright flavors, with the jalapeño adding a mild spice that complements the citrusy lime and aromatic cilantro. Using cherry tomatoes adds texture contrast and a fresh base for the creamy filling.

This dish suits casual gatherings or as a light snack, offering convenience by requiring no cooking and easy assembly. Serving chilled or slightly cooled can enhance the refreshing qualities of this appetizer.
