Gyoza Sauce Recipe

This gyoza sauce is easy to make either mild or spicy with simple ingredients, the perfect dipping sauce for gyoza but also for potstickers or dumplings.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon rayu (Japanese chili oil) optional (or more to taste – use red pepper flakes as an alternative)

Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let the flavors mingle at least 10 minutes before serving. You can make it ahead.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Lasts 5 days.
- Other Optional Ingredients: Honey, doubanjiang, sriracha, sesame seeds.
