Ingredients
Shortbread Cookies
- 130 gms plain flour 1 cup
- 115 gms butter at room temperature, ½ cup
- 30 gms icing sugar ¼ cup, aka powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Whipped White Chocolate Ganache
- 250 ml heavy cream 1 cup, fresh, to whip
- 125 gms white chocolate chopped and melted, 4.5 oz
- 15 gms corn starch 1/8 cup
- mini chocolate chip for the eyes
