Best ever healthy peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread that is fluffy, moist, gluten-free, and dairy-free! Easy snack, breakfast, or even late-night treat that is naturally sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 over-ripe medium bananas mashed
- 6 tablespoon salted creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups + 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Topping:
- 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line and grease a bread tin with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, salted creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, whisked eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add in almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until completely combined.
- Hand fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into greased bread tin.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts and extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool & enjoy! Store in sealed container at room temperature up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to 10 days.
Notes
- Do not substitute the almond flour in the recipe for another type.
- Can substitute unsalted peanut butter for salted peanut butter, just add ¼ teaspoon salt.
