Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup yogurt 0% or 5%, plain, Greek
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon chive chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
  2. Taste & Adjust: Taste, and if you want a stronger garlic flavor, adjust by adding a bit more garlic powder.
  3. Chill and Serve: For the best flavor, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  4. Enjoy: Serve with your favorite veggies, chips, or as a spread!

Notes

  • Storing: Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Chill it for flavor: Let the dip sit in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving. It makes the flavor even better!
  • Taste and adjust: Start with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Taste and add more if you need to.
  • Use fresh chives if you can: Fresh chives taste great, but if you only have dried, use half as much.
  • Make it a dressing: To turn the healthy ranch dip into a dressing by adding a splash of water.
