Ingredients
Holiday Fudge
- 3 cups white chocolate
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (300 ml each can)
- 6-8 drops Red food coloring
- 6-8 drops green food coloring

Instructions
- Line an 8”x8” or 9”x9”pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, with edges that overhang and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 3 small bowls.
- Into one bowl add 6-8 drops of red food coloring (to desired color) and stir to combine.
- Into another bowl add 6-8 drops of greed food coloring (to desired color) and stir to combine.
- Randomly drop and layer spoonful's of the white, red and green fudge mixture into the pan.
- With a knife carefully make swirls in the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until fudge is completely firm.
- Remove fudge from pan and slice into bite sized pieces.
- Create and print your labels and recipe cards by visiting avery.ca and using the template number of each product.
- Add a piece of parchment paper to each gift box. Add 6-8 pieces of fudge to each box. Place a recipe card on top and close with the lid. Place a holiday label on top.
Notes
- Nutrition information is for 1 piece of fudge when the recipe is served as 32 pieces of fudge.
