  • 100 gms vegan chocolate chopped, 3.5 oz
  • 100 gms hazelnuts toasted and cooled, 3.5 oz
  • 100 gms brown sugar 3.5 oz
  • 120 ml soy milk ½ cup
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil I use sunflower oil
  • 10 gms unsweetened cocoa powder sifted, 1 ½ tbsp
  • 2 gms lecithin granules 1/3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Notes

  • This Home-made Vegan Nutella keeps well in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks, but it won’t last that long!
