Homemade Apple Cake Recipe (Crazy Moist)

This homemade apple cake is a moist, tender dessert featuring grated apples mixed into a fluffy batter of eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. The cake combines a soft crumb with natural apple sweetness, baking into a lightly golden loaf that is satisfying without being dense. Its moist texture comes from the combination of oil and grated apples, which keep it fresh and flavorful.

Description

The cake batter is prepared by beating eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy, then gently folding in flour and baking powder followed by grated apples. Baking in a prepared pan at a moderate temperature yields a tender, moist crumb with tender apple pieces throughout.

This apple cake works well as a simple dessert or snack, suitable for serving plain or with accompaniments like cream or yogurt. It benefits from cooling fully before slicing to maintain its moist texture.
