Homemade Fudge Pops
Report
Who doesn't love a frozen fudge pop? I was a BIG fan of them when I was younger so I worried that a knock-off "real food" version wouldn't taste as good as what I remembered...but, oh was I wrong!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder I prefer the "special dark" variety
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup PLAIN yogurt plus an extra 1 tablespoon
- 1 1/4 cups milk

Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla until thoroughly combined and there are almost no clumps left. Slowly whisk in both the yogurt and milk.
- Pour into the popsicle molds, add a popsicle stick, and freeze. When you are ready to dig in, run a little bit of warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen them up so the popsicles come out easily. Enjoy!
Notes
- Special Tools: Popsicle mold and popsicle sticks
- We recommend organic ingredients when feasible.
