- 12 ounces chocolate chopped
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Add the chopped chocolate, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, butter, and cocoa powder to a small saucepan set over medium heat.
