Homemade Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte

This Homemade Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte recipe recreates the popular coffeehouse drink by combining a rich cinnamon dolce syrup with espresso, steamed milk, and a whipped cream topping. The syrup is simmered to balance sweetness and cinnamon flavor, making it a cozy and comforting beverage. It suits those who enjoy a warm, creamy latte with a touch of spice, perfect for a homemade treat.

Description

The Homemade Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte features a cinnamon dolce syrup made by simmering water, white and brown sugars, and cinnamon sticks, which infuse the syrup with warm spice aromas and a caramelized sweetness. After cooling, vanilla extract is added to round out the flavor. The latte comes together by combining the syrup with fresh espresso and steamed 2% milk, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. This preparation results in a balanced, moderately sweet, spiced coffee drink with creamy texture and aromatic depth, ideal for making at home when craving a comforting cinnamon-flavored latte.
