My Steamed Gingerbread Pudding recipe is incredibly moist, and serving it with my Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce puts it right over the top!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (5oz/142g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (2oz/57g) dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ⅔ cups (4oz/115g) breadcrumb fresh
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅔ cup (5oz/150g) butter frozen
- 1 inch ginger finely grated, fresh
- 2 large egg
- ¾ cup (7½ oz/213g) treacle (molasses)
- ½ cup (4floz/115ml) milk whole
- caramel sauce spiced rum
Notes
- Breadcrumbs: If using dried breadcrumbs you only need 3/4 cup (2oz/57g)
