Honey-Lime Chicken

This easy Honey-Lime Chicken is perfect over salad, grain bowls, and more!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon green pepper hot sauce such as tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 8 ounces chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, up to the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
  3. Rub your grill grates with olive oil and heat to medium heat.
  4. Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through.
  5. Transfer to a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice, serve as desired, and DEVOUR.
