- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Pour ¼ cup water into a medium to large microwave safe bowl.
- Add the brussel sprouts and cover with plastic wrap. Leave a gap on one side so that the steam can escape.
- Microwave for 4-8 minutes until they reach desired doneness, occasionally stirring during cooking.
- Drain any excess water, season and serve immediately.
Notes
- There is no need to thaw frozen brussels sprouts.
- If your frozen brussels sprouts are covered with a thick layer of ice, you can run them under cold water for a few seconds.
