  • 3 pounds beef tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill and use a drip pan for indirect cooking.
  2. Heat your grill until it reaches medium-high heat, 375°F to 400°F.
  3. Brush oil onto the drip pan and place the beef on the pan, fat side up. Cover the meat and cook.
  4. Remove from heat once desired internal temperature is reached.
  5. Cover the meat with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing into it. The temperature can increase by as much as 10°F, so keep that in mind when deciding when to remove your meat from the grill.
