- 3 pounds beef tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat your grill and use a drip pan for indirect cooking.
- Heat your grill until it reaches medium-high heat, 375°F to 400°F.
- Brush oil onto the drip pan and place the beef on the pan, fat side up. Cover the meat and cook.
- Remove from heat once desired internal temperature is reached.
- Cover the meat with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing into it. The temperature can increase by as much as 10°F, so keep that in mind when deciding when to remove your meat from the grill.
