  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 6 corn husks removed, ears

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, salt, pepper, chopped dill, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Spread the seasoned butter evenly over each ear of corn.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn individually in aluminum foil, making sure the ends are sealed tightly.
  5. Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 18 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  6. Carefully remove the corn from the grill and let it sit for a couple of minutes before unwrapping the foil and serving.
