How to Make Bacon in Your Air Fryer! It's so easy you won't make bacon any other way again! You can make it with out without the sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of thick cut bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 croissants sliced

Bacon BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Instructions

Basic Air Fryer Bacon

  1. Preheat your Air fryer to 200 degrees C ( or 390 degrees F)
  2. Lay the bacon strips of your choice flat on the Air fryer tray.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip the bacon.
  4. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the desired doneness is reached..

Air Fryer Bacon With BBQ Sauce Croissants

  1. Preheat your Air fryer to 200 degrees C ( or 390 degrees F)
  2. Whisk together in a small saucepan the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, mustard powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Place on medium heat and bring to a simmer, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Lay the bacon flat on the Airfryer tray and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip the bacon and brush the other side of the bacon with sauce . Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
  4. Place the croissants into your toaster and toast lightly.
  5. Melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan and fry the eggs until they reach your desired doneness. ( over-easy is best).
  6. Place an egg on the bottom of one croissant, followed by two bacon slices and the croissant top. Repeat with the other croissant.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
