Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 6 large eggs preferably free-range
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place a ceramic bowl in the air fryer. Melt the butter by placing it in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes.
- In the meantime, crack the eggs into a bowl with the cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
- Pour the eggs into the bowl with the melted butter and set the air fryer to 350°F for 6 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and use a fork to stir the eggs, scrambling them. Then push the drawer back in and cook for another 8 minutes. Scramble again with the fork and serve.
