Description

How To Make Romesco Sauce combines the vibrant flavors of roasted red bell pepper and fresh Roma tomatoes with almond butter and olive oil to create a creamy, smooth sauce. The garlic and smoked paprika layers in a subtle smoky depth, rounded out by lemon juice's brightness and seasoning with salt and black pepper. Blending these ingredients results in a versatile, nutrient-rich sauce.

The sauce's texture is thick yet spreadable and can be served either warm or chilled, enhancing a variety of foods from cooked pasta to fresh vegetables or as a dip. It is quick to prepare since all components are simply blitzed together until smooth.

This Romesco sauce works well as a flavorful accompaniment to simple dishes or as a way to add moisture and spice to snacks and appetizers. It stores easily and can be made ahead.
