- Add broccoli florets to a large, microwave-safe bowl along with 3-4 tablespoons of water.
- Cover the bowl with a large plate and microwave for 1 ½ - 2 minutes on high power.
- You’ll know the broccoli is done when it turns bright green and can be easily pierced with a fork. Serve immediately.
