This Immunity Booster Drink is a jam-packed recipe filled with sweet and tangy fruit juices, ginger, and Turmeric. Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple sliced
  • 3 cups Mango sliced
  • 3 cups apple peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Cherry pitted
  • 2 cups orange peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup water cold

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes until the fruit is completely pulverized.
  2. Place cheesecloth inside a mesh strainer.
  3. Place strainer over a large bowl.
  4. Pour blended juice into cheesecloth and strainer. Let strain for 10 minutes or until fully strained. Stir the pulp periodically to move the pulp out of the way.
  5. Once strained, discard the pulp. Strain remaining juice for less pulp or pour juice into an air-tight container.
