Instant Pot Cabbage Ingredients:
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 Tbsp butter optional
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Shred and clean your cabbage. Load into your steamer basket.
- Place 2 cups of water (480ml) into your instant pot inner pot. Add in the trivet and the cabbage loaded steamer basket.
- Season your cabbage with salt and pepper. Spread your butter out over the top of the cabbage.
- Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 1 minute. Do a quick pressure release and stir your cabbage before serving.
Notes
- Butter. To make buttered cabbage we simply add little blobs of butter over the cabbage. It will then cook with an even coating of butter.
- Confession. You are probably thinking from the photo that there is not much instant pot cabbage left, well the hubby loved it so much, he kept eating it before I had chance to finish the pictures.
