Instant Pot Potatoes And Carrots

If you love new potatoes and you love carrots, then you will loving pressure cooking instant pot potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients
- 450 g baby carrots
- 500 g baby potatoes
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 1 Tsp dried dill
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place 2 cups (480ml) of water into your inner pot. Add your steamer basket and load up the steamer basket with your potatoes and carrots. Generously season with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
- After a quick pressure release, check with a fork that the potatoes and carrots are fork tender, then remove the potatoes and carrots by the steamer basket and then load into a bowl.
- Add the butter and seasonings and mix well with a spatula.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
Notes
- Seasonings. We love our instant pot carrots and potatoes with some garlic, onion, and dill. You can swap this for any other favourite mix of dried seasoning.
