Instant Pot Shrimp Boil
Report
Easy shrimp boil made in the pressure cooker. Loaded with potatoes, sausage, corn on the cob and shrimp that's tossed in a Old Bay seasoned butter!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds baby red potatoes
- 12.8 ounce package smoked andouille sausage thinly sliced
- 4 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning divided
- 3 ears corn halved
- 12 ounce pilsner or lager beer
- 1 pound medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Clean potatoes and place on the bottom of the Instant pot with sausage slices, 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning and garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Place corn on top of sausage and potatoes and pour beer into Instant Pot.
- Select manual high setting and set time for 5 minutes. When finished cooking, perform a quick-release.
- Add shrimp to Instant Pot, select manual high setting and set time to 2 minutes. When finished cooking, perform a quick-release.
- Combine butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl.
- Remove mixture from Instant Pot and place on serving plate or in a bowl, without liquid from Instant Pot and drizzle melted butter mixture over the top.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.
- Serve immediately.
