- ½ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 12 ounce spinach frozen, chopped, block or bag
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese use a block and shred yourself, shredded
- 6 ounces Parmesan Cheese shredded
- bread for serving
