  • cups granulated sugar 12 oz/340 g
  • ¾ cup butter at room temperature
  • 3 egg large, at room temperature
  • lemon zest and juice of 1
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • cups all-purpose flour 7½ oz/213 g
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 plum pitted and sliced
  • powdered sugar for garnish (optional

Notes

  • *Note to use WHOLE /FULL FAT milk ricotta cheese. Strain to remove excess liquid as needed.
