Ingredients
- (1) ounce pkg. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream preferably full-fat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 fresh jalapeños diced and deseeded
- 8 - 10 lices Bacon cooked until crispy and cut into small bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend with cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet or oven at 400 degrees, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate and cut into pieces.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stir in diced jalapenos.
- Fold in bacon (set aside some for topping) and 1 cup of Mexican cheese blend and 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, reserving some for topping.
- Place in a cast-iron skillet or 8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over dip.
- Bake for 16-22 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
