Ingredients
- 2 cucumber diced, Persian
- 2 tomato diced, large
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup parsley chopped, fresh
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well mixed.
