Kale Chips Recipe

Kale chips are made by washing and drying kale leaves, cutting them into pieces, then seasoning with olive oil and garlic salt before baking until the edges brown and crisp. This method produces a crunchy, savory snack that highlights kale’s natural flavor with a garlic-herb boost.

Description

The Kale Chips Recipe begins by removing kale leaves from their stems and washing them thoroughly. The kale is cut into bite-size pieces and placed on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Olive oil is drizzled over the leaves and garlic salt seasoned to add savory flavor.

Baked at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, the kale edges turn brown and crisp while the leaves become crunchy, creating a light chip suitable for snacking. This method provides a way to enjoy kale in a different texture, transforming the leafy vegetable into a savory treat without frying.

The simplicity of ingredients and baking technique makes this a repeatable snack option, especially for those seeking a flavorful alternative to traditional chips.
