Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- ½ batch Keto Bread Crumbs
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 batch Keto Bang Bang Sauce
- 2 eggs beaten
- Keto friendly oil for frying I used avocado oil

Instructions
- Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite size florets. Dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Dip each floret into the egg, make sure you drain off any excess egg.
- Pour the Keto Bread Crumbs into a mixing bowl and whisk in the smoked paprika.
- Then dip into the bread crumbs, lightly coating with the mixture. You’re looking for just a very light coating.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium heat. Fry the cauliflower in small batches for a few minutes on each side or until golden. Allow the cauliflower to drain on paper towels, while you fry the next batch.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top and serve.
