Ingredients
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 lices Bacon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Crispy Bacon
- Preheat your oven to 350 F
- Lay the bacon on a cookie sheet and place into oven once it’s heated.
- Wait 10-15 minutes until crispy, and remove. THAT’S IT.
Perfect Scrambled Eggs
- Make sure your eggs are room temp.
- Add cream in with eggs and whisk eggs LIGHTLY to ensure better texture
- Heat your pan on medium low heat, and once the butter has melted, add eggs.
- DO NOT STIR until everything is properly set. The less stirring the better
- Stir lightly with a spatula in a figure-8 pattern, as little as possible to ensure the eggs are cooked.
- Remove from pan when slightly runny. They will continue to cook on the pan. Add salt and pepper, and eat.
