Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Keto Cranberry Sauce
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ⅓ cup monk fruit/allulose see recipe notes
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Pour the almond milk and heavy cream into a blender.
- Add in the sweetener, cranberry sauce, and strawberries.
- Blend until well combined.
- Add in as much ice as needed to reach your desired thickness.
- Serve with a few fresh cranberries and a mint leaf garnish on top.
Notes
- The amount of sweetener that you use will depend on how sweet your strawberries and cranberry sauce are. I recommend starting with ¼ cup, taste it and see if you need to add more.
- If you can't find vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk, you can use plain unsweetened almond milk and add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- If you don't have frozen strawberries, you can use fresh, just be sure to add more ice.
- You can also make this same recipe using a blend of strawberries and raspberries if you'd like. You might have to adjust the sweetener, depending on how sweet/ripe your berries are.
