Ingredients
Hotdogs:
- 4 whole beef hot dogs
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ medium jalapeño pepper
- 4 lice Bacon
Side Salad:
- 4 ounce spring mix
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients. Dice the jalapeno peppers. Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Make a slit in the hotdogs lengthwise, but don't cut them all the way through. Stuff the hotdogs with the diced jalapenos and shredded cheese.
- Wrap the hotdogs in the bacon slices.
- Bake in the oven until the bacon is crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with a side salad and sugar-free ketchup. Enjoy!
