Killer Garlic Fries Recipe

Killer Garlic Fries use frozen French fries baked or air-fried until crisp, then tossed with a mixture of canola oil, freshly pressed garlic, fresh rosemary, minced parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper. The garlic oil enhances the fries with robust savory and herbaceous notes, creating flavorful fries with a crispy exterior.

Description

This recipe starts with pre-cut frozen French fries baked at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or cooked in an air fryer at the same temperature and time until crispy. Meanwhile, canola oil is combined with freshly pressed garlic and minced fresh rosemary, along with half the kosher salt, to infuse herb and garlic flavor.

Once the fries are cooked, they are transferred to a large bowl and tossed thoroughly with the garlic oil mixture, remaining kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and minced parsley. This evenly coats the fries adding bursts of garlic and herb flavor balanced with seasoning.

The resulting fries have a crispy exterior from baking or air frying and a bright herbal garlic flavor distributed throughout, making for an easy yet distinctive side.
