Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1.4-ounce) package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, cooled and squeezed dry
- 1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 (1.4-ounce) package Knorr vegetable recipe mix, and 1 (10-ounce) box chopped spinach.
- Fold in 1 cup water chestnuts and 3 sliced scallions. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with vegetables, crackers, and more.
Notes
- Store. Whether you make it ahead of time or store leftovers, it can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
