Korean Loaded Fries With Bulgogi Beef & Kimchi
Description
Korean Loaded Fries with Bulgogi Beef & Kimchi features cooked French fries as the base, topped with ground beef flavored in a bulgogi-inspired sauce composed of soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. The beef cooks until browned and is enhanced with sesame oil and seeds, bringing a savory and slightly sweet profile.
The toppings include chopped kimchi for tangy fermented bite, shredded mozzarella adding creaminess and mildness, diced tomato and avocado freshening the dish, and thinly sliced chili and green onions for sharpness and heat. The gochujang sour cream sauce combines the spicy fermented red pepper paste with sour cream and a touch of sugar, mellowing the intense flavors with creamy texture.
This dish can be served warm as a snack or shared plate, pairing well with a cold beverage. The ingredients balance spiciness, acidity, and richness, giving a variety of flavors in each bite.
