Leftover Thanksgiving Sliders

Leftover Thanksgiving Sliders layer shredded turkey and cranberry sauce between halved Hawaiian sweet rolls with a spread of Dijon mayonnaise and green onions. Topped with havarti cheese and poppy seeds, then baked, these sliders offer a warm, flavorful handheld way to enjoy holiday leftovers. The cheese melts into the turkey and cranberry layers, while the buttery poppy-seed crust adds texture.

Description

Sliders are assembled by spreading a mixture of Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and sliced green onions on the top half of sweet Hawaiian rolls. The bottom buns are layered with cranberry sauce, shredded turkey, and slices of havarti cheese before topping with the prepared rolls. Butter brushed on top and a sprinkle of poppy seeds create a flavorful crust upon baking.

Baked at 375°F until toasted and golden brown, the sliders meld the sweet and savory elements of leftover turkey dinner into a compact, easy-to-serve appetizer or snack. Allowing them to rest briefly before serving helps settle the melted cheese and flavors.
