Lemon Pepper Wings Recipe
Description
Lemon Pepper Wings are prepared by first mixing lemon pepper seasoning with melted butter and lemon juice to make a tangy coating sauce. The chicken wings are fried in hot vegetable oil until fully cooked with an outer crispness and tender inside. Immediately after frying, the wings are tossed in the lemon butter sauce to evenly coat each piece, infusing them with bright, citrusy flavor combined with the richness of butter.
The method keeps the wings moist while providing a crisp texture that pairs well with the zesty seasoning. These wings are best served hot right after tossing to preserve the crispiness and freshness of the lemon butter coating. They work well as finger food for gatherings or as a complement to salads and sides.
