Ingredients
Slaw:
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- ½ cup purple cabbage shredded
- 1 green onion diced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- celery salt dash
- salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
Instructions
- Toss the cabbage, carrots, purple cabbage, parsley, and green onions together in a bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, Dijon, honey, celery salt, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Serve.
