Ingredients
- 1 bag (11 ounces) tortilla chips
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1 ½ cups shredded Colby jack cheese
- 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 bacon strips (or ⅓ cup pre-cooked bacon), cooked and chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 medium jalapeños, seeded and sliced thinly
For topping:
- ½ cup Fresh Cravings Salsa, chunky or restaurant style
- 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS milk
- handful chopped cilantro
Notes
- Feel free to add or remove ingredients as desired. These breakfast nachos have unlimited options of additional ingredients that would be delicious!
