You don’t need to be a professional chef to easily create this legendary classic Maine-style Lobster Roll right in your own kitchen!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup celery finely diced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chives chopped
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 7 ounces cooked lobster meat chilled and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 split-top hot dog buns
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add lobster chunks to the mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat. Set aside.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and melt. Then place the hot dog buns, inside down, flat on the butter. Cook until toasted.
- Transfer the buns to a plate and divide the lobster evenly between them. Serve immediately.
