These Low Calorie Brownies are easy to make a less calories than a traditional brownie recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Erythritol Sugar (granulated sugar consistency)
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place half of the chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate chips are melted. Set aside and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder and salt.
- Then whisk the greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract and milk into the bowl with the melted chocolate (that has cooled slightly).
- Stir the flour mixture into the greek yogurt mixture and stir until just combined.
- Stir in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
- Cool the brownies on a wire rack for 20-30 minutes and then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store the leftover brownies in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
