Low Carb Banana Bread

Low Carb Banana Bread uses Carbquik flour and sugar substitute to create a moist, tender loaf flavored with ripe bananas and warm cinnamon. Greek yogurt adds moisture and a slight tang, while almond milk and vanilla enhance the depth of flavor. This bread is a lower-carb alternative suitable for those preferring reduced sugar, baked until a clean toothpick comes out and cooled thoroughly before slicing.

Description

This Low Carb Banana Bread replaces traditional flour with Carbquik and uses a sugar substitute to lower carbohydrates. Key ingredients include ripe bananas mashed for natural sweetness and moisture, Greek yogurt for tang and richness, almond milk to thin the batter, alongside baking powder and cinnamon for leavening and flavor. The batter is gently folded to retain lightness, then baked in a greased loaf pan at 350°F until set.

The resulting bread is tender and moist with a balanced sweetness from bananas and cinnamon. Letting it cool completely before slicing helps maintain structure and texture.

One can customize the bread by adding up to a cup of mix-ins like coconut flakes, nuts, or sugar-free chocolate chips for texture and added flavor.
