Low Carb Jalapeno Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

This easy jalapeno chicken and broccoli casserole is covered is a low carb recipe that is rich, creamy, and a little spicy.

Ingredients
- 1- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast , cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese , softened
- ½ c heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Jalapeño , seeded & diced
- 2 c fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c mozzarella , shredded
- ½ c parmesan , shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Add the diced jalapenos and stir until combined.
- Add the cubed chicken to the cheese mixture and fold together until the chicken is coated in the cheese.
- Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Nestle broccoli florets into the chicken.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake for 25 mins. Uncover bake for an additional 5 mins.
- Enjoy!
